This is not the Fleetwood Mac that became famous in the 1970's with Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks, is it?? Never knew they started out like this, but I love it!!!!
@MissDiane622 It certainly is the same they have re invented themselves quite a few times always coming up with the goods , for me this is the best era
@trichoone ---That is amazing!! I thought I knew my music stuff pretty good bc I listen to all eras and studied music in college but just realized I still have a lot to learn. Thanks for sharing!! =)
@trichoone this was indeed years before Buckingham and Nicks joined. They started with Peter Greenon vocals and guitar. Mick Fleetwood and John Mc Vie are the only members who are always in the band
waite a minute...love song...prison seens...not the kind of love I was pictureing with this song, ...I like my loven' a litte less... well...not in prison,
See, this is where Fleetwood Mac came from! I have a lot of old Mac, what album is this on? And I hear the popping. It's a record, you made a BAD AZZ recording! Really captures the magic of the record.
I got married in July and this is the song that we signed the register then walked back out to. It was perfect. We had 'I'll be your mirror' by Velvet Underground and Nico as our first dance song then had this as our last of the night. This song is so balmy and beautiful :) thanks for sharing. The quality is exactly as I remember it from when my dad used to plat it on his turntable when I was a little girl!
@gmlasam Hear, hear!! One Sunday in our church the minister preached on God's love at a time when a lot of people had problems. The organist struck up with "Need your love so bad" as everyone was going out. It was atmospheric and more powerful than any Christian chorus.
ahhhhhh, how sweet singing the blues at the gray bar hotel, great, Great song, Mac has always been a favorite and i love this song. Heard Sheryl Crow will be doing something with them. nice video GREAT
I have some of their early stuff and feel if they had not come together and geled into a POP band for Rumours type music most folks would never have heard of them. I like the blues but dang few bluesmen make it big. Better to sing country music if you are looking to make money these days or Hip Hop if you want to call that crap music.
Yeah thanks for your comment , i know that over here in the UK they would have never been forgotten as for my generation this was THE Fleetwood mac and some of what came later was a pale reflection , there was some great albums to follow Rumours -Tango in the night to name two but these years with Peter Green at his best will live on -trichoone .
Rachelbeede,You need to try and find Fleetwoods first album. I think it was called [Fleetwood Mac] Fantastic stuff!Full of the same music.I was 18 at the time and loved Mac......Still do!
O tak! Tego się nie da ominąć obojętnie! Uwielbiam muzykę P. Greena!

You apologize for the sound quality? Don't be daft. The crackles and scratches give it a wonderful feel.

It will live on for Blues fans in general but not to fans of Fleetwod Mac music as it became fans. So I guess I agree with you.
