At first glance, the instrument appeared larger than a 4/4 violin, you are young and you must be tiny! Your violin has a deep, rich tone, much like the lower toned viola, very nice! I am just starting to teach myself fiddle and one of the songs I am attempting is this one. Just wanted to say thanks for having the courage to post...great video, and enjoyed the slower tempo as it really helps with the learning :)

The song does normally have a higher tempo but I think you did very well at hitting the right notes and that's what is more important to me. Ignore the haters, keep fiddling.

@Moneyluver1218 I'm not particularly good at it either lol. Just practice as much as you can, and it also helps to hear the song you're playing. I didn't learn how to play this until I heard Andre Rieu's version. :)
