I think Straightdope went too far. I don't like Brett, but straightdope wasn't letting him ask any questions or giving him any reasonable room to defend himself. Straightdope wasn't being the least bit respectful to his opposition either. It was completely one-sided and I would have come to Bretts defense there, much as I may hate the guy and his tactics.

Brett was doing nothing more then playing dumb and dismissing everything, so I have no idea why d0pe should respect that, since alot of ppl have seen brett do what d0pe brought up first hand.

Also, the opposition to d0pe wasn't being respectful either, and this was goin on before the debate.

@spiritualbully i think the point is the fact that d0pe's name is not edward. his lawyer's name is edward. the name that got released when d0pe filed a counter to a DMCA he got. the point he's trying to make is how would brett know the name "edward" unless he either filed the DMCA or he knows who did. d0pe explained it all on one of his videos.
