Bela Fleck and the Flecktones are the group that he started with, and probably the best. They're probably the unique act in the world - jazz banjo, Victor here, the clarinet player is incredible, and Victor's brother Futureman plays the drumitar (drums + guitar)

@jimmyatebillonce He uses tenor strings, tuned to ADGC, like the top 4 four strings of a regular 6 string bass. Hope this helps! :)
