way to make the South Carolina Gamecocks look like a bunch of asses with no class! Go root for some other team with the ignorant crap! Everyone else, PLEASE excuse this wanna-a-be Carolina fan...not all of us Carolina fans are like that!
As Georgia Tech has it's own traditions, I also respect those of UGA. The idea of having a live bulldog at a game was fine, but at a certain point, you have to stop and think things out. The original Uga's would live up a decade and were small dogs. Ugas have been inbreed to the point that they are almost sad to witness. This poor dog only lasted 4 years because that's not how nature works.
no, that wasnt a memorial. If you want to have a memorial you drive there crying and then have a speech in front of 90,000 crying fans. The band playing taps. Not two old guys going 1.5 miles an hour then remembering him in front of camera men.
Of course a Carolina fan can't believe we do this for our dawgs. Carolina's only tradition is producing football teams that get big hype one year and still continue to go nowhere. You enter to 2001: A Space Odyssey for god sakes. Win a national championship or at least make it to a conference championship, get a real mascot and learn some tradition. We can at least hold our heads high when we say "Damn right I'm a bulldawg." Better than a Chicken.
UGA was an awesome mascot. One day, a future UGA will poop on the field during a Florida vs Georgia game and a Florida player will slip in it, and I'll be there to applaud.
UGA will be missed Greeting from Penn State
