Just out of curiosity what's the total cost for a week there? I've been told that the airfare is really expensive from the US and that I'm looking at spending $10,000 for the total trip. @supercrownie Com'on get your hopes up. Set yourself a goal of saving up 75 $ a week for a good year. You can do it . What's 75. It won't hurt you at all. Make a little effort. Not everybody that goes to all these fancy places are rich, they just don't go outta no where. They plan this and make it happen. Smile think positive and you will make it happen !!!! Anything is possible in this beautiful world. God put us here to explore it. This is your home and you should take advantage of it. =)

@free2rhyme2012 Hi there. The resort website is a great resource. This resort is rather pricey but there are cheaper options. You must make plans to go to Bora Bora. It will change your life!

That rocks! I can't wait to get married in Bora Bora! I've been there twice and my most recent trip was for the Tahiti Dive festival 2008. I stayed at The Pearl which was absolutely phenomenal without being too big... I still felt close to nature at The Pearl as was also the case t Le Meridien in 2006, another amazing resort. Bora Bora is my favorite place in the whole world!!!!

It's never a waste of time to dream, especially about going to a place like Bora Bora, and yes, it is expensive to stay in the fancy resorts like Le Meridien, The Pearl, The Intercontinental, or the Thalasso Spa, but there are other places to stay there, to, that aren't as expensive.

Absolutely awesome resort. My wife and I just returned from The Pearl Beach Resort in February. We loved it, but saw the Thalasso on our boat tour and were very curious as to what the bungalows were like. I think the next time we go there, we'll likely try the Intercontinental Thalasso.
