@TheCrabman5 it has to be treated or have a vet every so often certify your animals as having disease-free manure. either way is sometimes more expensive than just buying fresh manure and disposing of your animal's. He should get into a collective which sends off their manure for treatment.
You should use that cow manure to fertilize your land.
