  • thomas cook is amazing i fly with them for a 4hour flight from glasgow to enfidha tunisia every year

  • Does anybody else think that there seats were on row 36? :D

  • live near gatwick?

  • Are Thomas Cook Good? im flying with them in October :D

  • @ToxicMjc Yes its a good airline helpful staff

  • @ToxicMjc Oh right so in the next few days! Yeah they are good and great for a flight depending how far you go, I was abit uncomfortable about 2 hours into the flight and that was it I kept getting up because were stuck in the seats, you can sit on the seat right next to the passage but then you won't get a good view out of the window :D

  • @harrihealey02 aha, yeah im going on the 21st :D

  • How come you managed to get an A330 on a short haul flight, lucky git lol :-)

  • @ryanspencer3339 :-D we were flying to Turkey on a Medium haul flight so I'm suprised also :P

  • TC discontinuing their premium cabin? that's a real shame as it was pretty damn good when I flew on airtours premier gold, that too was A330, G-MLJL, from Gatwick to Orlando / Sanford and that was real blessing on a flight of that length!

  • @darrell190967 yes they have, silly relly as cabin was full when we went to florida with them. TUI have kept there premium cabin . bit of a mistake i would say from TCX.

  • Where were you travelling to? How were Thomas cook?

  • @angrypooch I was traveling to Turkey, Izmir airport. Thomas cook in my experience, was crampt and a bit boring at night, since entertainment was very limited, and when I flew in the day 'this movie' the entertainment system was mailfunctioning and only the TV worked. Very nice leather seats but as I said, when getting up for a stretch or needing to go to the toilet often don't sit by the window try to sit in the cente isle rows of seats if your in an A330 because theres more room, :)

  • is this economy ?

  • can any ov u guys plz inbox me a picture of a cabin if an a320 thomas cook or tell me if it has 3 rows of seats or two that wud b appreciated rgrds

  • @dhruvmerai Check out this photo of an A320 Thomas cook cabin, - go on to the website airliners and type in Thomas cook A320 and scroll down the page.

  • I'm going to Lanzarote next week with Thomas Cook, wish I could get a massive A330, but I'm probably going to get a 757 :(

  • @NATB100 Cool, I still want to travel on a 757 even now. Do you have your flight tickets? if you look at the back it shows you a seating plan of the plane you will be going on so you will know the exits. Take a look and reply :D

  • @harrihealey02 Since we ordered online, we had to print the tickets off. It doesn't say what type of aicraft we are flying on them. :(

  • WOW 29TH MAY 2010. I flew out of gatwick north that day at around 9:05 with air southwest to plymouth and newquay

  • lol did you find your seat? :))

  • Yes it was the rear of the plane but I prefered the middle section on the way back :D

  • @harrihealey02 haha :)

  • ive went to punta plata with them on a a330. I loved the flight. can't wait to go cancun with them in summer and then im getting a flight from there to orlando.

  • Really? If you go to Stansted, then Gatwick is much better, it is much larger, nicer, more more shops, it even has a massive shopping mall and a car show hall and about 5 floors high. But the south terminal is bad! The north terminal is the best. That was my first ever flight terminal to france with a BA A319

  • @harrihealey02 thanks :)

  • @Aviationnation10 no problem :D

  • nice video. 4 weeks and that will be me going from GTW to Orlando, going with thomas cook

  • How was your flight :)?

  • @harrihealey02 good flight, food wasnt the best, went premium that was def worth it. had a very smooth flight out, on return at 06.25 there was no airbridge available had a wait of 20 mins until they managed to find one. but good flight. thanks

  • @harrihealey02 really good flight, food was poor, but flight and crew were great, we flew premiun, hope to go back next year, but porb with thomson or virgin, as tcx has stopped the premiun cabin as of may 2011.

  • @harrihealey02 sorry for the late late reply. the flight was really good, had a few problems with in flight ents screens not clear, food was bit crap but comfy staff superb would go again with TCX thats if they have any longhaul planes left. just two A330 in fleet now

  • i am goin on this plane what is it like long hall???

  • Long haul... I have been on a medium haul flight with thomas cook and the seats were quite crampt, otherwise 'if the entetainment systems are working' as they were not working when flew that day I could only acess the channels. It was a plesurable flight but I had to get up and abot which is difficult when seated by the window when the tables are down. However you may be on a B767 for long haul?

  • Yum, like it :D I love boarding - I dunno why i'm just weird like that ;)

  • Don't you just hate how you cannot see the planes from the South Terminal :@!

  • Not really lol I have only flied from this Airport twice, once with BA in an A320 and 3 weeks ago, this video. It was an awsome flight to me! Then again I have only flown 3 times in my life so every flight is fun :D

  • @harrihealey02. Ba do not have any Airbus A320's based at London Gatwick. The North Terminal is better than the south btw

  • Oh thanks for the info :) I have been to the North Terminal from a BA flight in an A319/A320 not sure must have been an A319 as you say.. And it was about 3 times larger than the South and much much better. I didn't know that airports had seperate terminals until 3 weeks ago and also the North terminal had massive shopping centers and a model car inside. Best xperience from this airport when I flew BA!

  • @planeboy737 you said in the comment you flew in one 2 weeks ago lol

  • haha lol

  • @Aviationnation10. No i didn't m8 read again :L

  • @planeboy737 " have been to the North Terminal from a BA flight in an A319/A320"

  • @Aviationnation10. That was someone elses comment you doof! And you as someone in the aviation world must be able to tell that there are no BA A320's at gatwick. A319's maybe. But definatly no A320's!

  • @planeboy737 ive never been to gatwick

  • @Aviationnation10. Well then my friend. You seriously do not know as much as I

  • @planeboy737 just because i didnt go to lgw aka nacker central

  • @planeboy737 You can see planes from the south terminal - if you know where to go :)

  • @LimitlessSkyz. Yes you can. I.e the Bridge Bar. But of course you have to pay to get in there cause it's a restaraunt/ bar. It's much better in the north terminal cause there are windows. I tend to fly from Heathrow but when I do fly from gatwick N terminal I go to the little window area just by boots. That looks over the 777's!

  • short half term break ?

  • yeah for a week. Feel very refreshed :D
