Midnight Club: L.A. Remix, GTA LCS and GTA VCS, SOCOM FTB (1,2,3,), and Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters are the best PSP games...in my opinion :)

Midnight Club: L.A. Remix is the best street racing game on the PSP. It has decent graphics and an open world environment with day/night/and different types of weather conditions :)

Midnight Club L.A. on the Xbox is way better of course :)

at first I thought this game sucks but discovered its actually fun if you got used to the controls. Its much more difficult than the other nfs games, so technical, but if you get used to it you'll love drifting. It actually has good graphics and you can use your photos as the cars paint/vynil
