He would have been near God-status... Well put it this way... when he is put in the suit an palpatine tells him he killed padme an he uses the force to break an bend mental... He would have been able to crush Sidious along with it without a second though.
While still powerful, he was such a disappointment which is why Darth Sidious treated him like crap.. He was no longer a apprentice worthy of ever earning the title of being a Sith master...
