@paynekillaz4me dood I figure it out. What you gotta do is spin your mousewheel up a little bit, and then use arrow keys or WASD. The mousewheel controls how fast you spin the safe wheels as well as how fast you move around. Good luck!!

Sorry I don't speak english very well. You must move ring of your mouse. You know, that button of sneak/walk/run. When you are on the sneak, Fisher will don't move locker. But if you are on the Run, Sam will move locker fast ;)
