  • who got here through moodle for homework???

  • Terrific documentary! Very well done!

  • As for the prevalence of stereotypes in this day and age- we know roughly what forms them (cultural differences or misconceptions of) but what can defy them? Personal experience? Spreading of knowledge? Is it only one-on-one experience that can make you think differently?

Also- as for blacks "demanding that they have a say" in entertainment- I don't believe this is so. Almost all of the entertainment at that time (as well as mass media following) was controlled by whites..

  • I should also note that I did like your video.

  • Why didn't you credit the Blacking Up book by Robert C. Toll. You used an almost exact sentence from his book on pg. 3

  • I LIKE IT too much!

  • On the whole I truly enjoyed this; you really did your research and put together some nice clips. On the other hand, while the statements made about Obama were ridiculous, I think that it made this piece a tad too political. It may turn off some viewers early on when they may enjoy the information that follows.

The comments about him were also mirrored with Hillary Clinton- is America ready for a woman president? Do people not realize what they are saying when they ask these questions?!
