Setup webcam in Ubuntu

if i install this will it alow me to use the webcam on skype like dose it provide driver for the webcam?

@DOOM5353 When you install Skype your camera should work with it. When you bought the camera if it says compatible with Skype or you see a Skype logo on the box it should automatically work on Ubuntu. Please let me know if it works.
