: first climb the ladder in the back and shoot people from the roof then get the coke and then just run fast out to the water there will be a boat there use the boat to get the wanted level away :D

go on the ladder and then take out 6 guys.

Sorry, but this is one of the worst ways to do this mission.

To get into the hospital you should go around to the south side and go up the ladder.

After you get the coke get to the wooden platform shown at 6:28, and climb on it. The remaining thugs should hold the cops off.

Then jump, grab and pull up onto the south wall of that room. You should then be able to carefully walk along the top of the walls back to the ladder, then around to the ladder at 4:09. There should be a boat.

Here's a tip don't bother going to pay in spray just get out of the search radius when you see a cop on your road go for a left or right turn....

Oh and the subway is a good place to escape with a motorcycle....

This isn't a mission to hate, I always love a mission that includes police getaway...

I've done it!! but with a twist :)) the car that i've stolen was a cavalcade and it had the rear left wheel blocked because the previous driver :)) was probably involved in some sort of car bump. that's my luck in the game :)) anyway that wheel worked started to spin again when I picked up some speed.
