How to inject intramuscularly: Giving the Injection

2 questions

first: if blood goes into the syring do i just find a new spot and inject with the same needle and same substance with the blood???

or do i use a new needle, new liquid substance, new everything and basically start over in a different spot????

and second where exactly in the outer qaud do you inject?? anywhere theres muscle when you flex, or in the middle or closer to the knee, or closer to the hip???? and if injecting once a week should i do it on my one rest day, every sunday??

@crotchrockett004 Hiya, I know this is an old question but I thought I'd respond for anyone else wondering. If you get blood in the syringe you should start again with new medication and a new syringe/needle.

The outer quad is the part, that when you flex, feels hard and flat. It starts from the side of your quad and goes to about the top. You should attempt to do it in the middle of that muscle, length ways.

@Mad0Killah you just find another place to inject, it not like u will loose a lot of blood it just mean that u are in a blood vesel and it not a good place to go you want to be in the muscle :)

@Russisretard if you have to do it by yourself then your ass is a very dangerous and painful spot to do so, most common self injections are in the shoulder and quad regions
