I think her appeal is to largley white rural voters, that is where the base of her support, and whether you like it or not her support is largley white, I dont think she appeals with young people and educated people because of her cultural positions, the fact that her father was a science teacher and she does not belive in the theory of evolution is scary. if she wants to be president she has to do better in educated areas of the country and she still has a long way to go.

If Obama stopped spending our money, our children's money, our grandkids money, and our great grandkids money he might actually do better in the polls. I was in Ft Wayne for Palin today, and Norah was there. We had a blast running the MSNBC crew off everytime they got near by chanting "Sarah!" We had thousands there, polite, nice, respectful people of all colors and backgrounds.

The administration should have been more directly focused on job creation. From the day of the inauguration forward, the priority should have been job creation. I was in Ft Wayne for Palin today, and Norah was there. We had a blast running the MSNBC crew off everytime they got near by chanting "Sarah!" We had thousands there, polite, nice, respectful people of all colors and backgrounds.
Unlike MSNBC and Norah O'Donnell, Palin brings good people together and she brings the best out in everyone.

Palin was wise to go to Michigan as Michigan has more racist than any other state.
When George "Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever" ran for President he had an overwhelming landslide win in the Democratic Primary in Michigan (in fact most Republicans crossed over to vote for him).
Within the GOP, Michigan has the most people who are racists - even more than states in the South.

Segregationists never called themselves racists, they argumented that the reason why they opposed the civil rights act is because of their support to states rights, they used the same argument against abolition of slavery,against Eisenhower when he sent troops to protect black kids trying to go to school in AK, and if you ask a Klan member like David Duke, he says he's not a racist, that he believes in "states rights". Nobody is a racist, they're just good patriotic Palin conservatives.
