its by a group in Japan...yeah JAPAN...named Dry and Heavy the song is titled Say no more...all he did was keep the beat at the original tempo and speed up her singing...that band is bad ass is you like roots reggae....again i know...roots reggae from JAPAN!?! look em up though...aloha
