  • i can do this, but as yoggy25 said, i'm an incomplete L2.

  • it s easy i know it.

  • i think she may be have problem with her right leg

  • y dont u just get out of the wheelchair and set it uprite and get back in?

  • a person has to be in tip-top shape to pull that off

  • i think too ,that nothing is wrong with her! maybe incompled L....

  • she looks like she has nothing wrong with her, most people in a chair would not be able to do this.

  • actually you just turn over(if ur not already cuz you wont just stay flipped forward, you'll turn over)and if you have enough abb muscles and upper body strength you can flip yourself so you are on your back and do what she did in the vid,i had to do thid once.i was 8 i think and my friends were pulling me with jump ropes and i hit a bump and pow!!! i did like a 180 directly on my nose,i ended up breaking it but it was fun

  • This is good if your arms are strong.

  • Im t-3 complete and fit I could never do that i tried, It's better to just do a pushup on your seat and flip around. Thats an ok tecnique if you have alot of trunk, and dont come completely off the seat backrest which happens most times in a fall backwards .but a high para of quad would never get this done. I'm sure it works with a lowwer level injury, but if you look close she pushes with her hipps to get completely over no para or quad will be doing that.

  • yes, thankyou (t-1 complete)

  • Great video, thanks for sharing.

I own a spinal cord injury support site, if anyone wants to contact me, please catch up with me in my Spinal Cord Injury Forum in my Youtube profile.

    See you there!

    Simon. :)

  • Cool, very helpful!

  • My question: is the girl in the video really a complete SCI individual vs an 'able-bodied' person showing techniques, in a wheelchair? if so, what is her level of injury? Thanks.
