Be careful, some tollways have gotten subpoenas to list every time the driver (who uses the auto pay pass) drove in certain locations! some subpoenas came from suspicious Spouses. To find out if their husband (wife) is going where they said they were. (big brother is watching you)

You don't need a subpoena. You can check your entire toll history, from which road to which exit you entered/exited, and even which lane. You can request a copy of the statement to be mailed.

The problem is the tollway. Our taxes should pay for the roads. We shouldn't have to pay extra to drive on any road in this country.
