I understand some of the techniques you are using but I was wondering something. Is it like pulling the yin energy from the top or maybe from your back in like a vacuum/tornado like cone, sucking the energy in? Then from the bottom you have to be grounded and suck the energy up from your feet? Rei ki is more passive.

@lennyhipp you are exactly right. the evidence is nowhere. now, nowhere is eveywhere. and nothing is 90% of the universe, according to physics. it's hard to understand something that participates with nothing. but, do you want to stay angry at people, or learn? cause your anger is keping you from being sensitive to what's going on around you. that's my experience, yes, you cannot prove nothing that is nowhere but you can participate in it and work with it.
