Good to have you back! But it's totally understandable that you're busy- you don't want to do vids if it's just going to be a hassle you haven't the time for!

I grew up with panic/anxiety attacks and it seemed half the time I had bad headaches from my early teens into my 20s. I took a lot of asprin, Tylenol, etc., but none seemed to ever really help my headaches! I was prescribed Celexa & it reduced my panic attacks & as a side effect I had far less headaches!

Well, I'm dreading the heat wave that is coming! Some sources only say around 98 for a few days, but one had 104 and 100s! Above 70 starts getting too warm for me! I know Eastern Oregon's been hit with some 100's so I imagine it's been the same for you!

Oh! I forgot, it's summer, so you're back in Seattle, not in Pullman, right? At least you should be 5 degrees or so cooler each day- LOL! Not much but every degree counts in a heat wave!

The problem for us in the Northwest is really hot weather is rare enough that it's not worth getting an air conditioner- not to mention the cost of all that electricity, so those really hot days can be miserable! I really feel sorry for the very old and poor people who suffer through it!

Yeah I actually graduated from WSU (Pullman) and I've been at the UW for a year now with 3 years left before I graduate again haha. Yeah its nice to be back in the city. I could barely sleep last night it was so hot.

Yeah, I tried sleeping in the backyard last night but the mosquitoes drove me in. Also, I got up at 4 am and saw that it was still 76 outside!

It's 12:30 now and 97 out! Miserable!

Acetaminophen! Your friend! Not with alcohol, drink a full glass of water, etc. I'm paying attention. i have about three drinks per year, so we don't have to worry about me. ;-)
