  • Thanks for the critique M. Your advice definitely makes sense. And looking at the other comments it seems like I should get rid of the 'boot' graphic... (Thanks for the comments guys). Now that I see the title it would make sense to have 99% as the main benefit of the title. Thanks again M, and look forward to your next video.. great stuff.

    Great video. I would have changed the headline to "Would YOU like 50% to 99% discount on your gifts from Amazon?" and would definitely get tid of the old shoe and have a grahic of the report.

    the music is drowning out your voice in places. Maybe tone it down a little.

    As far as the web page critique goes, I have to agree with cherylez, I don't find the old boot very enticing. I do agree with your assessment of the headline. Personally I would not purchase or sign up from this page because it's ugly and doesn't appear to be professional. The 99% off sounds to good to be true and one might think that there is a catch.

  • I really like the shortness and the content. The headline made sense to change. I do find lots of people being vague. The shoe picture really doesn't work for me. I love watching make-overs with the kind of insight you provided. Really helps get a better clue on my pages. What stuck as the point in this video for me is, "WHY would people be interested"?

  • @cherylez Good eyes and ears to pick up on that point. To many people focus on the product they want to sell instead of the product that the customer wants to buy.

    Don't try an push the features that you think are cool, just show the value that the product offers to the prospective customer and they'll usually sell themselves.

    Always frame your product as the customer wants to see it...even if that's different to the way you might have thought about it.
