@mrskin1984 No, roughly 30% don't have full hearing and can only hear in either one ear or not at all. The other 70% can hear near perfect. Breeding standards now say reputable breeders cannot breed a dog with less than bilateral hearing. The others have to be spayed/neutered to prevent further damage to the lines. All this from my dog obsessed friend who shows at crufts sat next to me. Therefore don't take it up with me if it's wrong, she wanted to comment
