  • What ever happend to it?

  • Nice job kyle you got a penny!

  • is it sold?

  • what did you expect from a 91' this car is official a beater

  • thats how a toyota looks like if you dont take care about it. :/

  • Why doesn't my parents own a car dealership? :/ I wouldn't have to worry about being unemployed, and new vehicles to check out every week.

  • I don't think it looks that bad... i'd take it...

  • the transmission of the 1989-1991 Toyota Celica was

    Transmission

    4-speed automatic

    5-speed manual

  • Sorry but pretty much all the things you mentioned were cosmetic issues, and the wheels can be sprayed with silver paint!!! Just leave the ariel up or down and disconnect the motor. The paint didn't seem that bad, at least it wasn't faded. Sorry but as I said majority of th eissues you listed off were cosmetic, the car just needed a good clean and some TLC.

  • Not fair, UK didn't get a convertible version :(

  • mały remont i jest świetne auto.

  • This is really not that bad....I would pick this up and fix it in a heartbeat..

  • Check out my Toyota Celica 2.0 Convertible Sports.

    Great Car.

    Ebay Item - 180666470672

  • thats no piece of junk my friend, that car was well ahead of its time, the gt4 version still cant be beated to day by the evo or subaru sti!

  • i cringed when you put his fingers down the trunk

  • 5:46 looks like a puke stain

  • Did You Sell It ?

  • The motor in the power antenna is not actually broken, its the gearing mechanism within it (we replaced the power antenna 3 times in our 1995 Camry)

  • Wash the car, buff the paint, clean it, new wheels, learn to drive a clutch, 'new engine', its worth fixing, you dick.

  • @kidcorvair cost wise it wouldn't be worth fixing for a dealership, its such a POS that they would be spending more than what they could resell it for. and kyle can drive a stick, so get your facts straight, "you dick."

  • the only good thing this car has is engine noise

  • 8:56, these things are so crispy. lol

  • i think theres a body in the trunk :o and i thought toyotas were suposto be good quality cars that last a long time

  • i think there's a body in the trunk :o

  • MAN its a 91. Thats stuff will buff out. That is a perfect gsgte swap candidate. I'll take it $1000 right now. Found a gem and dont even know it. My 90 has 260,000 miles on it.

  • MAN its a 91. Thats stuff will buff out. That is a perfect gsgte swap candidate. I'll take it $1000 right now.

  • Oh ... that's the same car I used to have ... I love those! It is very sad to see one is such bad shape ... either fix it up or put it out of it's misery!

  • you didnt test the windshield wipers did they work?? and i'd buy it

  • Hi I'm just wondering how much was the car sold for?

  • I Wondered What Happend With It In 1991

  • It is rare to find a Celica convertible even rarer to find one with a stick. Man it is sad this one was not taken care of. :(

  • Comment removed

  • Replace the offending motor mount(s), there are three, two below & one above, and that noise should go away, and that Celica is not junk, no, it's a freakin' classic with counterbalance shafts that will run for a very long time if you just change the plugs, etc.

  • lol tooooyota!

  • Is it bad that I actually want that car?

  • what a piece of crap! poor car.

  • Crispy sun visors are no bueno. :(

  • I love the way you describe the car and what's wrong with it and stuff. I'm blind and that really helps me get the general idea.

  • dude its not a brand new car man stop complaining if the carpet is supose to be gray but its brown etc... i have a 1990 that was in far worse condition when i got it than this one and i brought it back to life and it gets me everywhere, i thought it was junk too but damn i was hella wrong.

  • well maybe it's old shit but it's still look great !

  • wow, that is pretty messed up, no back windows, lol

  • Was that a body bag in the trunk??????

  • holly shitt

  • Haha, doesn't it look like a body bag though!?!?

  • yea its messed upp

  • Oh yeah mines 1992

  • Well I'm getting one in very good condition everything works and it looks alot better than that. But yeah like you said, it depends on who owns it. That car really didnt need to go through all that...im sorry that is redic. I've never seen such dirty carpets....broken back window and everything looks shity just plane abused. Hopefully somone can fix it up. Well this will be my first car so im so excited.

  • ofcourse its scratchy its a 91!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm very well aware of that thank you, it can be taken care of not to happen you know

  • do u know any think about cars dude seriously the interior can be fixed ur self cheap as u can re paint the car for about $500 if u got a compressor but its not going to be the beast but it will be better.. the spoiler can be tightened or new bolts can be put in.. u can put seat covers on the seats to hide the cuts if u dont wanna spend alot of money, as u said in a comment the oil is black change it is fucken easy as man u just got to put in a little time and a few COINS

  • how much?

  • What camera is that?

  • Naah, It's my only car. I'll probably drive it another 5 yrs. or so.

  • Convertibles lead an extra hard life vs. the hard top. I have this same year car that is very similar to this when I bought it in ''03 from a Chevy lot. Mine still had a good top & eng. but faded, dirty, & leaking. No This one is worth saving but it would be pricey even if you could do most of the work. Mine cleaned up nicely & has been 100% reliable. Faults & all.

  • its a toyota...just junk that piece of shit jap car

  • @390merc65 ha..did you see the Grand Cherokee video? Just another junk Americrap car.

  • dude..dont be so rough with the mirror lol

    u might break it.

  • callin your bluff on this POS...u say its a POS...yet u fail to realize its a 91....and most the problems are exterior wear and tear that happens with every car....i dont understand your logic

  • I think you fail to realize the mechanical problems this car has, if you pay attention to this car, you will see that it needs 2 grand or more in repairs, it's been badly neglected, and the engine smokes a lot upon start up, so yeah it's a junk car to us, we don't sell things like this, you need to see it in person to fully realize lol

  • why would someone install a newer engine in the car if it smokes?...that really doesn't make a whole lot of sense haha!....whoever had that car must of been a complete idiot eh?

  • Haha I havE no clue man but every time I start it up a cloud of smole billows out for the first few min lol, the oil is black in it and I think needs abtune up too. I also think all the fluids aren't right either lol

  • Most cars when you insert the key in the trunk keyhole and turn the key, it automatically opens it, but this one doesn't.

  • I think one of the keys is so old and worn down that it doesn't half work properly lol

  • So, what are you gonna do with it?

  • wholesale it to a dealer who deals with stuff like this

  • 4:00

    Made my cringe!

  • hahaha my bad :P

  • This is like one of the cars you would see on Pimp My Ride.

  • haha yeah man

  • At least it has not rust, apart from the surface rust on the windshield wipers (correct me if I'm wrong), and the engine seems to be running pretty good. I've seen worse. I'm sure somebody will like that car :)

    I don't, though...

  • haha yeah that's true, I think we have it sold to a delaer that deals in cars like this but for us to sell it, we don't want to take a chance of it falling apart on someone

  • hey is it for sale cuz i got a celica GT convertible that needs some part and i need a parts car i dn't have much.. so is it cheap if it is for sale??

  • probly gets phenomenal gas mileage!!! how u gonna sell it? what do you use to clean the deepest stains in cars?

  • haha yeah probably, we're wholesaling it, I just use carpet cleaners you buy in the cans at auto parts stores

  • can i have it for 200 lol

  • hahaha no :P

  • I've seen worse! Actually it's not all that bad. Needs some TLC to a good home!

  • Yeah and about 1000 or more in repairs, actually I can guarantee it's more :O I can buff and clean it up nice but it's the mechanicals that are killing us

  • LOL.

    "This thing's like.. so crispy."

  • hahaha It WAS LOL :P

  • and someone has that car on my block non convertible, blue, manuel, used, and good shape.

  • Yeah these are nice in good shape

  • that car is in such good shape! what ever do u mean!!! LOLOLOLOLO!!!!!! and what did they do to that poor car!

  • hahahaha just drive it and drive it and drive it lol

  • now this is a car dave would like. not in to good shape but runs and has a manual.

  • very true very true

  • Man, what was the point in trading it in?

I'm sure they didn't get much for it considering the condition its in. I hope these people learn from their mistakes and take extreme care of the 1998 Blazer.

(5 Stars) Can't wait for the other vids.

  • yeah pretty much what you said, they wanted to just get rid of it so yeah, but wait for the driving vids, you will see how it really is lol

  • Poor Celica :(

  • yeah I know, this WAS a nice car :(

  • Davidsfarm might be a good place for it

  • I wish LOL :/

  • Ha Ha can anyone say crap car...

  • I can LOL

  • At 4:52 at first look, that looked like a body bag. XD

  • hahahaha nice

  • this would be a fairly good car if it was taken care of. but hey, its got 168,000 miles on it. it doesn't owe anybody anything.

  • yeah that's true, I think the last engine blew is why it was replaced, but I guess it good good use out of it lol

  • lol "supposed to be gray.....looks brown"

  • haha I know right!

  • SKY HILL ANYONE????

  • hahaha that would be F!@#$n awesome!!

  • i would take it and fix it up....how much WOULD you want for it?

  • I'll send u a message

  • never had the tlc it needed shame to see a toyota like that more videos comming yeepee

  • Yeah I know man it is sad, wait for the driving videos and you will see how bad this thing really is

  • i have that same camera as you

  • haha sweet man, it's a good camera that's for sure!

  • dude i bet you had to take a shower after being in that car. i know i would

  • haha I actually went to the pool later, it was refreshing lol

  • lol nice, i have the same problem with my car of the gloss.. is there a way to recover that? or will i need to pay to repaint it

  • yeah you just need to buff and polish it out is all

  • give it to davids farm...lol

  • Hahaha that would be awesome

  • That is the best idea ever. It should be yet another victim of sky hill!

  • hahahahaha

  • look foward to the vids!!!

  • Awesome!

  • wat a big POS. looks kind like Dave's

GT-S. I have a question, inside the dealership, how do you guys hang the keys to all the cars. by the ring or by the tag tht comes with the key? :-)

  • haha yeah like a newer version, lol, I like using the tags to keep everything organized

  • oh i see, i like keeping my stuff organized too lol, so u guys hang the keys by the bottom hole on the tag? :-)

  • If it was a pos why did you accept the trade lol :P

  • Weellllll we were thinking we would fix it up nice and repair all the stuff I mentioned, but after we found out how much it would be for a new convertible top, it turned out to be way too much, the car needs a whole lot of repairs, we just took it because the people wanted to get rid of it haha
