Nice activation overview. I did notice one thing you did mention that made me laugh, "the plastic bar on the top was nice to visually orient you to the IPad." It's the antenna but I just thought your explanation was hilarious. I am not making fun of you or anything, I just thought that was funny. There is a big button on the bottom that works too.

@EpicccKillls In the US, all iPad 3Gs ship with an AT&T SIM since it's the only company that supports the iPad's 3G bandwidth. Globally, most iPads ship without a SIM and you pick one up from a provider to activate the service.
