Top 10 Of The 70s Which Cannot Be Disputed Our Disagreed With Are: 1.The Exorcist 2.The Texas Chainsaw Masscare 3.The Evil Dead 4.The Omen 5.Halloween 6.Friday The 13th 7.Shivers 8.Videodrome 9.The Hills Have Eyes 10.The Last House On The Left
@martinwilliamrandall The Evil Dead and Friday the 13th were from the 1980s. I saw both of these movies when they first came out. You should check dates the next time you decide to make a list.
@ARepublicanVictory Erm no sorry check your documentrys! Evil Dead produced in 1978. Friday The 13th Produced 1979. Both released in 1980. Both produced in the 70s makes them 70s movies to me. When they were released is second thought. But they'd be in the top 5 in a 1980s chart of mine if thats what your asking.
@ARepublicanVictory I am talking about the release dates which only count. Production time does not count. The Empire Strikes Back was in production during 1979. But it was released in May 1980. So there-
The best horror movies of all time were from this decade....Exorcist, Alien, Jaws I think are considered to be three of the best horror movies of all time.

@punkjames2 you obviously don't know/or watch alot of horror. exorcist, jaws, piranha, etc.... all were unbelievable horror films. nothing even comes close to what this films did to ppl after the movie was done.
