@ryangille ya um DELAWARE v. PROUSE had nothing to do with the ticket law, that was being pulled over for no reason. (law . cornell .edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0440_0648_ZS . html) they can't do checkpoints thats all. if they have a law against it and they see you and pull you over for not having a seatbelt, they can. The reason they advertise it and make it a law is because of hospital reasons and education in school was using up too much money and so had to do this to cut it.
No "scoobydoo", it's called common sense, and the law. The moral to the story, If you don't wear tour seatbelt, and you are in a vehicle collision. You can stay in the car, or fly through the windshield. Pull your head out of your ass and realize it's for YOUR safety!
