There is limited FRESH water. For example the Ogallala aquifer under Nebraska and several other states is slowly disappearing due to irrigation etc. Once its gone it could take millenia to replenish itself.

I am in favor of human sterilization. But not as a hidden agenda. I wish for people who want to have children to be forced to seek authorization from the gov. Just like we need to pass a few mental tests to drive, parents should be tested to see if they can take care of kids. If they dont have a baby permit, they should be aborted/sterilized.

We cant continue to grow the population at these rates... We will end up in a pandemic, cannibalism and else.

We are increasing too fast, too many of us on earth is not a good thing. I think the best choice is to have tests for selecting a certain fixed amount of all races/religion of people capable of having children.

We trust the gov to give us perms for driving, school diplomas, and jobs such as the job to build and secure atomic silos, why not tests for babies. Cheers!

because the criteria would get more and more rigid, just look at how difficult it is to adopt children even if you are well off educated and "normal". we may be increasing in numbers but the answer is education, which will allow for informed choice not forcible control. and i think getting a drving liscence is slightly different to a right to have babies liscence...
