Nirvana was so popular because they were the "right thing at the right time" everyone was tired of how "pop" rock music was becoming..and Nirvana was nothing like that. I know I will get flamed for this. but Kurt was not as talented as Sean from Seether. The most talented person in Nirvana was Dave Grohl. Kurt was an amazing song writer, but an average musician.
