@Cillik1 You're quite right it does, but It's not sung until the last 30 secs or so by the kids! Great song by the way! I was about 8 when this came out...aah nostalgia!

@bananasplitsable I thought you were born at the end of the 60s. My father reserved his disdain for flower-power and heavy metal. Until 1966-67 he was OK with the music.

@bananasplitsable Sure, they've gotten much too big and old. I'd have gone look at them in '66. One of the most boring things I've seen was Led Zeppelin in '79. True dinosaurs. After that it was Punk and Ska only. 2 quid entrance fee or less.

@bananasplitsable The sex pistols were on tour recently? Disgusting. And Pink Floyd too? What's next? Barclay James Harvest? A lot of 60s and 70s artists have at least had the decency to do a My Generation and "Die before they got old" I'm glad we never had to look at Hendrix, Moon or Ian Curtis as fat old farts. As much as Paul Weller is a hero of mine, I don't really want to go see him now. I think he should do something different: paint, write a book, breed horses, whatever.

@bananasplitsable i bet they did need the cash. No I wouldn't go to see Weller. I've seen recent vids of him on YT and I think he looks worn, the music is soso. He doesn't look sharp, needs a haircut. He was great in the 70s and 80s, but now I look a lot better than he does. James Dean would be 70+ now? Don't try to think of him old, fat, toothless, lol! I liked his acting fine in Giant. He had some talent. Like Marilyn, she died just when she would have started to spoil her legacy.

Great to find this song again! After all these years, I thought they were singing "Postman Jack!" Shoot me...have to love the irony in the lyrics when sung by teenage opera towards the end...
