The cars in Shift are higher detail then GRID. GRID is an arcade-style racing game, Shift leans heavily toward simulation and has more features in it then GRID does. GRID is obsolete but still fun to play. Shift beats GRID in every way.

iam a big fan of dirt, but the dirt 2 demo is so fake!!! it makes me mad, they took away the realistic sliding of the car. it feels like your playing on ice when your on the dirt!!! thats what made dirt so good now it going to be lame. but atleast the graphics are really good. so disapointed i expected them to keep it real like the first game. the demo i played was from xbox360.. not planing on getting the game, now iam ='(

Yup, DirectX 11 comes with Windows 7. Actually, the console versions of Dirt 2 will ship a couple months earlier than the pc version, probably for that reason.

i dont like the fact that they made the damage cosmetic only, it was more intense knowing that you have to be really careful not to hit anything or else it would mess up your car, it was more realistic like that too, i dont think they shoulda takin that out and just made the 2nd chance mode like they did in GRID
