I thought this was very nice! It was clever up until the end, and unless one is a flash snob, clever trumps almost everything else in animation. I just saw an award-winning flash about pandas that had great animation but was without suspense or surprise. This had both.

Nicely Done... Might I suggest more Tweening? ALthough I am more of a moron and my video's are much worse then you, but it looks like it is lagging at the end, or if you mess up like me and put things on the same layer... Add more inbetween frames ! :)

Ok, kinda sucky, but, I know how to fix the video quality.

1. export as quicktime movie(export, not publish)

2.you should have flash video encoder, if you do, run the quicktime movie throught there and you will get a good quality flv video

3.youtube will take flv's easily, so upload it
