I doubt it was "banned" in the USA. The Heinz commercial wasn't banned - it just wasn't produced for air in the US. This commercial features people with Brit accents and a rugby team, so it doesn't seem targeted at an American audience. I agree, two people kissing is one thing, but two people making out and then undressing is another, plus the suggestive sounds while "eliminates" slurped/licked away "noise" then there was all subliminal messages about alcohol.

It was also a rather poorly thought out commercial b/c in reality the girl would of heard out her other ear or her friend sitting next to her would have pointed out what was going on behind. Also it was too long.
