  • Thanks very much for this video. Its great for the way everyone is into it! All levels are exercised from 50 - 90 minutes. The Moody Blues music is really good too. I remember hearing it through headphones on the original LP - brilliant. Doing the Wellington 10k tomorrow. Best wishes.
