@AmericangirlSuperGal They sell curlers, or you can use your hand. Basically you want to brush out there hair, and then put in the curlers or curl it with your hand, by twisting it around your finger or in a spiral going up. then you push on it and let it out. You can seperate them, or keep them together. -Dainty

Note: Use water, but put it into a spray bottle, and brush from the bottom to the top.

AG dolls hair is a type of plastic, therefore, it brings out the shine in the hair, like, when u 1st get a doll, its hair is shiny. This is a way to make your old doll's hair like a new doll's hair.

@lucina302 first: Put their hair in a ponytail and wash the ponytail, not the wig part (the one on the actual head) with shampoo and/or conditioner, second: twist their hair and cut off the little split ends/hairs on the side (by sections) and give them a trim at the bottom, third: do THIS (what the vid shows) fourth: straighten or curl their hair, :)

This is so cool!!!! I never knew tire spray would work to make a dolls hair shiny. I'm gonna do a downy dunk, and this and possibly a hair wash on my Samantha dolls(I have two Samantha dolls, one is the pre-mattel and the other is mattel,) I found my pre-mattel Samantha doll at a yard sale and she kind of has a weird smell to her. yes. just follow all my directions and make sure to get the right kind and dont spray too much you dont want it to be like a mirror lol! but i couldnt believe the difference it made on the dolls i have had for almost 10 years now...their hair now looks just like my newest dolls its awesome. i have done it to 5 of my dolls
