Are the Canadian prints the ones with the Duplication FBI warning screens? Don't the American prints have that in any of their prints?

@MisterVideoGuy The standard FBI warning screen on USA tapes basically says the same thing as the Duplication notice on Canada prints , except that the penalties are not listed, because Canada has different penalties regarding that. Not until 2000 did the Duplication notice appear on USA warnings.
