Unions are only as strong as the employees who support it. Most who complain (majority) about their unions are those who never go to local union meetings and never speak openly at work about their concerns... Pillow talk is great, but doesn't really help anyone! Stand for your rights and have some balls! I hate hearing about my principles this and my principles that... What about standing up for yourself??

I think I have found my calling. When I get my citizenship next month, I will be going into union busting. Should be an awesome experience to wipe out some US unions.

The best companies have always been traditionally those who make people feel good about coming to work--i.e. providing a living wage with decent benefits. The best companies treat their employees and unions with respect--i.e. Southwest Airlines is one by example.

it's time unions were retired. they've had their time long ago. there's no need for them anymore. time for politicians to stand up to their bullying and pass laws that make them entirely impotent. they've overstayed their welcome by at least 20 years if not more.
