So his credentials:

The doctorate he has is for economics, not any form of science.

SAP is part of the EPA responsible for studying the impact of pesticides, not climate change.

And VAP is for people who want to help clean up environmental contamination in their area, but have no credentials.

Sooo..... how is he qualified to make a study that the EPA should be attaching their name to?

"Senior Research Analyst" you forgot that title, and seeing as how you Don't Need To Be an accredited Climatologist to take data and make graphs, the supposed lack of credentials is irrelevant. The guy is only their to clarify the Suppressed Data.

Also I read the draft of this report (as reported epa has not published the final; and gotten through the new york times might I add) He uses global CO2 data and regional US temperatures, his figures are missing references. Spefically that first figure (figure 2-6 on pg 38 of the draft)

If you look at around 2:57, you can see there is a steady increase in temperature data when you expand it past a 4 year scale.

How much increase? Seeing as how global temp has only increased 1 degree since the industrial revolution (stopping by 2001) as macro charts will show. And a closer look at Al Gore's charts of course shows a stagnant delay of Carbon numbers to 500 years After warming; thereby telling us that temperature rise causes natural carbon emissions, carbon doesn't cause temperature rise. And of course a correlation was found with sun spots to warming trends.

For those that don't know, AGW = Anthropogenic Global Warming, meaning Human Caused.

Ah Yes! It must be the experimental 'cap and TRADE" on carbon credits, he siphoned carbon to mars and capped the glacier meltdown here and started it there lol oh I dont know lol

I dont know why anyone would bitch about a glacier melting if it was, had they not noticed? We are having a drought, perhaps its Gods way of saying, "look people Im melting glaciers" water from a ROCK, since we have the technology to harvest sea water whats the biggy? lol
