nice work, only thing I can argue on is your certitude on the fall on harappan civilization,it MAY be because of flood or climate change or cultural invasion or anything else,it would be naive to say anything with certainty, anyway I appreciate your work as you have kept it unbiased and didn't put any regime let it be hindu, buddhist, christian in a negative light
excellent.....every indian should watch this...i am heartfully appreciating the work you have done. After seeing this......i got tears by seeing the situation of india..I dont know. I want to see India as devolped country and no corruption,no racisam and healthy living standards before i die. Thanks for loading presentation. god bless you
This is wonderful; an in-depth history can be found in BBC's Story Of India.
That is a "Must-watch" for anyone curious about the history AND Culture of the Sub-Continent. This video only whets one's appetite for more. WELL DONE!!
fantasric compilatn ... but u hv frgt to mention abt the frst war of independence "sepoy mutiny whch hpnd in vellore durin 1806" check wiki page vellore mutiny
wow... very nicely done.... congrats.... do some more of such incredible india..... hats off.... if u can add naration tht would be good, a quality voice will bring more interest to your videos..
Let me know if you need a hand in adding further details as I can help with some material. You must must have items on India's contribution to the modern arts, movies, spiritual roots and music.
@alal22000 I have deliberately stayed away from making this video too full of details and dates (That is the job of history textbooks). This video is just a brief overview of only the most important events in the history of India.
Nice Job... The information on 16 Mahajanpads was new to me. Thanks for sharing. Keep posting.

@alal22000 1) Genghis Khan never ruled India. Mongols are mentioned at 3:58
2) Humayun is at 4:46 , Akbar at 4:50 , Mumtaz at 5:02 and Aurangzeb at 5:12
3) Rani Lakshmibai was but one of the "many" belligerents of the rebellion of 1857, see 5:57
Did you fall asleep or something ;) ?
