Good for you...I'm down 6 in 7...very happy and I feel great. I've been having 2 pro-biotic servings and 2 fruits daily with unlimited lean protein and veggies. Lots of green tea and working out a few times a week. I hope to get past my usual plateau which is 7-8 pounds. Keep going girl !!!!
I also put a very skinny pic of me on my cell phone wall paper to remind that I am not a fat person by nature, i can be skinny again. yeah.....
Hitssquad, I always switch between egg whites and egg yolks. And I disagree with you about fruit. Yes it has sugar, but it's natural sugar and has significantly increased my health. Everyone needs to eat fruits and vegetables every single day, if I had a dollar for every time a doctor told me that I would be rich. I think I'll keep eating my apples, oranges, pears, grapes and especially my bell peppers ;)

Egg yolks are healthier than egg-whites. Egg whites could easily be giving you excess protein which your body converts to sugar and then stores as body fat.
