  • Wonderful tutorial!

Nowadays, I can't find any bright waist belts that I need for a dress.

Thanks to your tutorial, I can make one now:D

    Thanks,

    xoxo

  • Thanks for the tutorial. I'm using your idea to make a belly phone for my wife & our baby girl still in the wife's tummy. I'm using some 3inch elastic with some black spandex material & velco for the closure. I plan to glue cording on the the back of some hacked over the ear headphones to make a belt loop. That way she can slide the earphones wherever is most comfortable. Thanks for the technical help!

  • where can i find a clasp if i were to use one?

  • @Candiwithaneye Any fabric or craft store should have them. I hope this helps.

  • wow thank you so much! my scrunchy belts (i made 2 of them) are great!

  • thank you for showing this video you are so creative!!!!! i love it

  • i bought the elastic band, but it's 1/2 an inch and so, it's hard to turn the fabric inside out :\ is there another way?

  • I'm glad you're making vids again! Luv your channel!

  • You're still the best Himehood! <3

  • Oh this is too cute! Love love LOVE the clasp one! thanks so much!

  • x-x i accidently bought sticky velcro instead of sew-in velcro T___T

  • @246810hiie im sure you can still sew it on!

  • @Himehood well, I did that and then it made the sewing needle all sticky!! T.T do u think acetone will take off the stickiness, or something? 'cause the stickiness won't let me put the thread back in ]:

  • @246810hiie be careful, it may ruin your needle, making it sticky...

  • @246810hiie You can still sew it. Actually I find its easier because you don't have to pin as much.

  • wait.. HOW did u create the scrunchy effect again?! i saw it and u said just put it thru.. but how did it automatically become scrunchy?!

& a tutorial on the bow 4 the velcro belt plz!

  • @luvluvluv2216 the materials bunch up together, the more material (or longer the tube) you have the scrunchier it becomes.

  • Great tutorial!

  • AHHH an all your tutorials are awesome! and so much more cheaper than buying a belt from stores! and love the shirt =]

  • cute!

    very easy!

  • yaaaa great video doll I love it!!!

  • where did you buy the clasp?

  • @kbsBeautyy if you check my blog you can find how I got it a lot cheaper than I normally would, but everything there is from a fabric store

  • @Himehood thanks. so i read your blog, but i was wondering how you started your "hunt". like did you just discover it by accident or did you go to the internet for help?? [etc.]

  • @kbsBeautyy I asked friends and family and yes, I did look up in the phone book for most of them and I've visited 3 other ones in other areas. They're all small businesses, but like I said, the Asian ones are soooo much cheaper!

  • cool!! <3

  • omgoodness this was so helpful and very creative. thanks for sharing.

  • Both of them are very pretty, well done! :)

  • can i measure you>?

  • That claps is very cute!

  • oh, the bow is a nice touch *u* awesome video!!

  • Where did you get that shirt!?!??!?!

  • @Samooga some store called Factorie in Australia. don't know if US has one!

  • sooo cuuute<3

  • what do u mean over lock? im just learning how to sew so i dont know a lot :)

  • @rachel1espinoza

its like finishing the edges so it doesn't fray and to kinda like reinforce the stitch

there should be a setting on your machine,

but if not, you can use the zig zag setting

  • @rahrahritaa thanks for explaining! I used to use overlock for everything, then I saw a lady use zig zag and it was a lot faster!

  • This is super cute! I love belt tutorials and there just aren't enough of them so thanks!

  • Cute belt what type of fabric will work better/what did u use?

And could you do a lil tut on how 2 make the bow plz.. :) x ♥ x

  • Scratch that last bit just saw that you do have 1 lol :)

  • @xBabyDollKayx most fabrics should work with this, as long as they crinkle up when they are pushed up against each other.

  • that's sooo cuteee

  • Awesome! very nice ;)

  • I needed a belt like this! Thanks for the tutorial! :)

  • Cute and simple!
