*I think people would have liked the prequels better if all 3 were about the Clone Wars (the meat of the prequels) from the beginning to end. The Original Trilogy all takes place during the Rebel vs. Empire war, no before, no after. Episodes 1 & 2 were precursors and Episode 3 takes place nearly at the end of the Clone Wars. Guess that’s what the Clone Wars animated series is for.
*The artwork is inconsistent. Some shots were made painted others were shots of the film water-colored. But I don’t have too much problems with this set in terms of artwork.
*In the end, Lord of the Rings is in my opinion the Star Wars trilogy of the 2000s. Unlike the Special Editions of SW, fans embrace the extended editions and are sought after more than the Theatrical cuts. And we will most likely see better prequels in the form of the Hobbit.
