Lao, Cambodian, Vietnamese, etc etc, are ppl who have 1,000's of years of civilized history yet they were disdainfully + contemptously regarded as "the natives" by Western imperialist colonialist forces in the past couple of centuries. That didn't change with the AMERICAN WAR in SE Asia. Their precious lives + happiness were squandered merely to provide Americans jobs in their "settler society" military-industrial complex despite their own cost with their own "cannon fodder", uhh.
