@ghosti33t I agree with the rediculous 26's (to each his own) but this MC has a nice wheel/tire combo that fit nicely and obviously enhance handling.This MC sounds stout and well modified.Does your Chevelle still have the puny 14's/15's on it with bias ply tires with only a front sway bar?Good luck around corners or in a dangerous situation where you have to perform any evasive maneuver.You need to chill out and not get all fired up WITH CAPITOL LETTERS OF DISSAPROVAL.We hear ya bro.CHILL-OUT.

@ghosti33t And,those that like 26's aren't interested in performance that much,just cruisin',with a 572 under the hood,because that's what they like.Me,personally,like street performance with 18's or 20's for handling,stiff suspension for best control and low to the ground.That's how my Super Bee was set up.I very much dislike a sloppy handling vehicle.Dangerous and no fun.Worse,it makes no sense those that have those HUGE drag slicks in the rear,tiny tires up front on the street & a 572 CID.

@TEAMBIC1 i even went by what wikipedia says on this as per lilc601's suggestion. funny thing is you can't believe that either because i have seen that information change 4 times on there now. one minute there was an 83 SS next late 84 was the first year and they were sold as 85's. I actually bought my IROC-Z camaro new in 85 and the SS was my only other acceptable car at the time the dealer told me then it was new to that year is all i know and i see tons of fakes all the time

Click FAQs, Under SS Production Figures click What Years Were the monte carlo ss available. There you Go!! and i wouldnt lie i have a true 84 MC SS. Even Says on title, and i checked the VIN.
