Hagee represents a brand of Christianity "wedded to Empire", very centered on acquiring power in America to enforce Christian ideals on this culture...via associations with the political Right.

My diatribe was intended for anyone advocating the Hagee brand of Christianity. If you believe nothing of the sort and figure any religious endorsement is immaterial...we differ for different reasons than above.

I'm glad all these preachers are blowing up in the candidates faces. Maybe we can finally toss religious leaders out of the political arena! Religion has absolutely no place in politics, the running of a country, or persuading votes! I say we send those extreme Christians to their precious holy land and let them square off against the extreme Muslims and maybe they will kill each other off!
