What about a 2-, 3- or 4-wheel vehicle powered the same way, while possibly needing only more of the source of energy already being used; the healthy examples, only. A person might have a 2-wheel recumbant bicycle, but want to include a 2-wheel trailer or cart, with wheels distanced on axis x, while bike wheels are axis y
Cool. That might be handy if your car breaks down. It could be like a life boat for your car. Might be handy if you're a bus commuter too. Easier to carry around than a folding bicycle.
