Hello again. Not sure if you remember my last post, on L7898, but you have once again managed to lure me with your wonderful video. I must say the ending is brilliant and it reminded me again of the fun things one can put together using LEGO (after putting the LEGO itself together that is..). So in spite of all the people around me telling me it was a bad idea and a complete waste of money, I went ahead and bought this set. So, thank you once again and have a wonderful holiday, wherever you are.

when i got this for Christmas 2009, i had a problem on using the power functions with this and kept getting stuck on turns. luckily i found the problem. the instructions say to have the braces going at the same time. but for real life they work opposite.

Please reply to this comment. I have the Emerald Night set, but I have misplaced the charger. I have found a substitute, and want to know whether there should be a flashing red light while charging. If there should be, that's a good sign, but I don't want to break the engine with another charger... thanks
