Asano Inio is never quite that simple. This one was an absolute rave to read. I'm the kind of guy that gets really emotional over manga, anime, and movies. This one brings me to tears every time.

Wow, the movie seems to be really close with the manga. At 0:06 I can immediately identify the actors with the characters from the manga. And the settings, the city and the apartment also look very similar!

i just watched this movie online, and it was just amazing. True, maybe i'm biased because I loved the manga and I like Aoi Miyazaki, but ... seriously. For a manga adaptation this is definitely up there. the music was amazing, the acting was perfect (everyone, even the minor characters, were great IMO), the cinematography and plot all worked wonderfully.

This pretty much spoils the entire manga but I'm so happy they picked actors that look so much like the characters. I really loved the book, and I wasn't aware of the movie. I wonder if you can get the subs somewhere.

i happen to read its manga recently. it was really life blowing. i dont know why but i made me feel a lighter. it made me want to fly higher. and its not a typical manga either. it has the most unexpected ending. there's a lot more that i want to say but i dont want to overflow the comment post hahahahha! tnx for reading. have a nice day:)

My best friend gave me the manga Christmas before last. He passed last March. It was incredibly ironic, really. :/ So yeah, this book has a lot of meaning to me, and I'm really excited that there's going to be a movie. :D
