These are so sweet. My male Mini Dachshund does what the first one did, rub his back all over the floor, but I would discourage the one that does the sitting pretty, It can damage her back. I had two other Dachshunds besides the one I have now, they could sit pretty too, and both of them had ruptured discs

I had a dachshund a long time ago and they can be vicious. They were used in Germany to hunt Badgers, and if you know anything about Badgers you know they are very vicious. So it takes an equally vicious dog to hunt them. But Wieners can be also very loving, and they are one of the most intelligent breeds around. Problem is they're too smart, do things their way, and can outsmart many humans.
