Fasting is hard when you try and do it on your own but when God gives you the grace, you can go further and it's amazing to reach that intimacy with God and be more in the spirit realm!

This video is great!!! I have to apologize to all the Christians who posted positive comments here. I removed a comment that I posted here a few day ago because I realize it was misunderstood. I love your God I believe he is the ONLY God. Sometimes I have trouble with Christians because they are so UNLIKE the God u preach. People such as "healthyine100" because they are for lack of a better word morons. but I have nothing against Pastor Franklin, nor Christians.

The fact that all you can do is attack the person and integrity of another (in this case, Jentezen) shows the world that you have little or no alternative, and cannot disprove what is being said. What he says can be backed up by the Bible. If you disagree, your disagreeing with the Bible. Prove what you are saying; give a counter argument, but don't show your ignorance by just attacking the man 'cause you don't like what he's saying!

as a vegan christian for 25 years and a faster we have to break the fast right with fruit juices then gradually to eating you will not get the full benifet of the FAST or prayers answered if we go back to eating anything, GOD gave us fruits and starchless vegetables GENESIS 1:29 NO MEAT thats GODS diet for man so if you want to please GOD then we have to obey the whole BIBLE

Fasting is amazing!! This will be my 3rd year with Jentezen! If your thinking of it ...just go for it, its worth it.
